Raw counts were obtained from GEO under accession GSE212966.1 Cells were clustered with the Louvain algorithm.2 Marker genes were ranked with a Wilcoxon test.3

What does RepoReady check?
Whether others can obtain your code, data and software (L1) and have what a rerun needs (L2); when you add your paper, whether paper and code agree; and, beside the level, automation. Checks do not run your code yet.
Is my unpublished work private?
Yes. Nothing is public until you create a share link, publish a badge or open a pull request.
What does it cost?
Individual access is free with your own OpenRouter API key; OpenRouter bills the model usage. Before each check you see its expected cost, and only actual usage is billed; finding materials from public sources is free, and a check that cannot finish carries no RepoReady fee. Institutes, companies and journals get plans with model usage included.
What if a finding is wrong?
Use “This is wrong…” on the finding: a re-check with your context is free, and you can report the finding to us.
Can journals use it?
Yes. Through the Partner API a journal checks each submission and revision round and receives the level, the open issues with a text for the editor and one for the author, and a report link. A journal plan can also pay for its authors’ checks.
