Why we built it
Reproducible code should be the easy part
Most gaps are mechanical
Missing files, unpinned versions and local paths are fixable once someone finds them.
The repository needs its own pass
Judging the science and checking the repository are two different jobs.
So we built the check
RepoReady reads code and manuscript together and drafts the fixes before you submit.
